TIME-SAVING WELLNESS TIPS FROM NUTRITION EXPERT JESSICA LEVINSON

STICK TO THOSE RESOLUTIONS THIS YEAR!
TIME-SAVING WELLNESS TIPS FOR EVERY LIFESTYLE

It’s no secret that the majority of Americans make some type of New Year’s resolutions to start the year off on the right foot, and surveys show that health and diet resolutions, including eating healthier and exercising more (63% and 62% in 2017), top the list. Though Americans are getting better at upholding our New Year’s resolutions, the majority say they typically don’t last longer than 6 months. Time is cited as one of the biggest obstacles we encounter when trying to stick to our goals. But there are ways for even the busiest people to incorporate small changes into their lifestyle that are time saving AND good for them!

Nutrition expert, Jessica Levinson, shares some time saving tips that will help us stick to our New Year’s resolutions beyond January and maintain our overall wellness goals. She’ll stress that small changes can make a big difference and that we do not have to aggressively overhaul our entire lifestyle to make an impact.

Her tips include:
· Micro-workouts, short exercises you do around the house/office, can help bridge the gap in your workout routines when you just don’t have time to get to the gym. Minor changes go a long way.
· Another easy option? Taking multivitamins, which can also play a role in your overall wellness routine. Fuel your body from the inside out so your body can function at a high level.
