National Dairy Month with Ceci Carmichael

Almond milk is the top seller among milk substitutes and coconut milk the second largest.
Drinkable yogurt is now taking the U.S. by storm. Sales of yogurt drinks increased by 62% between 2011 and 2016 to $893 million.
Americans consume an average 37.1 pounds of cheese per person. Cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese remain the most popular varieties.
