In 2015, he suffered a heart attack with 6% body fat! He appeared to be in great shape but overwhelming life stress from a bitter divorce and infidelity by his wife sent him over the edge!
He started on a journey to help others to create an optimal life of wellness through his 5 Pillars: Stress Management, Sleep, Proper Nutrition, Exercise and Mindset.
His first book, “Courage to Continue” (released in April 2017) chronicles his story and gives readers a guide to transform their mind, body and spirit. It is a great story of resilience! He almost died, the doctors couldn’t explain it and from that point he suffered deep depression. He is now sharing his message & empowering others! It’s rare to find men discussing these topics….Men never discuss stress, heart ache and cheating.
