Named one of the “seven fittest couples on Instagram” by Women’s Health, Jamie Krauss Hess is a New York City #fitmom and the co-creator of @NYCfitfam. Daughter of TV journalist, Joan Lunden, Jamie grew up watching her mother inspire others to live their healthiest lives and committed to following in her footsteps. She immersed herself in the NYC fitness scene while working as a lifestyle publicist, a career that positioned her squarely on the front lines of wellness trends. Her husband, George, proposed to her on a treadmill at Barry’s Boot Camp and from there, they began documenting their fitness adventures on social media, including Jamie’s pre/post-natal fitness journey and their road to the 2016 NYC marathon.
